Snapview respects the rights of content owners and expects our users to do the same. If copyright infringement is reported, we will act quickly in line with the DMCA.

1. Notice of Infringement

If you own the copyright or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, you can report any suspected infringement on the Service by filling out a DMCA Notice and sending it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Your notice must include the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material or link on the Service, including the URL, access to which is requested to be disabled.
  • Contact information of the complaining party, including mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  • Include both of the following statements in the body of the Notice:
    • I affirm that I hold a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright holder, its agent, or applicable law (e.g. fair use doctrine).
    • I certify, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in this Notice is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive rights allegedly infringed.
  • Provide your full legal name and your electronic or physical signature.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

3. Counter-Notification

If your content was removed because of a copyright claim, you can file a counter-notification. The notice must be in writing and include the following details to be considered valid:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled material, including its prior location on the Service.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting a good faith belief that the removal or disabling was due to mistake or misidentification.
  • The name, address, and telephone number of the submitting party.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Federal District Court or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district where Snapview may be located, and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • A physical or electronic signature of the submitting party.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Snapview is committed to preventing copyright infringement. We may terminate accounts or restrict access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights, and we may also limit access for any user who violates someone else’s intellectual property rights.

5. Modifications

Snapview reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy and the procedures for handling copyright claims at any time, for any reason. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes
